Casey Newton is a girl who has a quick scientific mind, sarcastic and tomboyish attitude and is a bright, curious, feisty, independent, and optimistic teen with a heart of gold. She lives in Cape Canaveral, Florida with her father, Eddie Newton, and her little brother, Nathan Newton.
Casey is driven to the Midwest farmhouse of recluse Frank Walker by Athena and together the trio are involved in the plan to return to "Tomorrowland".
